Ingredients

  • 1 “Terra Felice Tuna in Extravirgin Olive Oil” can
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 4 quaill eggs
  • 1 lime
  • Extravirgin Terra Felice Olive oil
  • 1/4 green salad
  • Salt & pepper

Method:

  1. Boil the quail eggs until hard (6-7 minutes) then let cool;
  2. Wash and then lightly brown the asparagus in a drop of Terra Felice extravirgin Olive oil, then let cool;
  3. Wash and dice the vegetables as preferred;
  4. Peel the eggs then cut in quarters and add to the mix, together with the asparagus and the Terra Felice can of tuna;
  5. Slice the lime in halves and squeeze the juice out to preference;
  6. The salad is ready!
