Ingredients
- 1 “Terra Felice Tuna in Extravirgin Olive Oil” can
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 red onion
- 4 quaill eggs
- 1 lime
- Extravirgin Terra Felice Olive oil
- 1/4 green salad
- Salt & pepper
Method:
- Boil the quail eggs until hard (6-7 minutes) then let cool;
- Wash and then lightly brown the asparagus in a drop of Terra Felice extravirgin Olive oil, then let cool;
- Wash and dice the vegetables as preferred;
- Peel the eggs then cut in quarters and add to the mix, together with the asparagus and the Terra Felice can of tuna;
- Slice the lime in halves and squeeze the juice out to preference;
- The salad is ready!
